5 pm: Welcome Circle & Introductions
5:15 - 6pm: Belle Fusion Pilates Flow (45 min)
6 pm: Farm-to-Table Dinner
8 pm: Bon Fire Gathering + Connections
SATURDAY, AUGUST 9, 2025
7:00 am: morning lake dip (optional of course!)
7:30 am: self serve coffee + tea + light breakfast + slow mornings
9 am: *Belle Fusion Pilates + yoga tune up self-massage (75 min)
11 am: Nature Walk
12 pm: Lunch
Free time: swim, hike, paddle board, kayak, journal - the time is yours!
1:30-3:30 pm: Sauna time
4 pm: *Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop (1 hour)
5 pm: **Journaling Exercise
6 pm: Farm-to-Table Dinner
8 pm: Stretch & release meditation (60 min)
SUNDAY, AUGUST 10, 2025
7 am: morning lake dip (optional of course!)
7:30 am: self serve coffee + tea + light breakfast + slow mornings
9 am: *Pilates Core Flow (1 hour)
11 am: Brunch
12 pm: Departure (you may stay and enjoy the grounds as long as you wish)

FAQ
Where is the Bloom Holistic Retreat location? How do I get there?
You can drive, or take the train to Kingston station - it's only a 20 minute Uber trip north of Kingston. Drive time is about 2.5-3 hours from Montreal and Toronto, 2 hours from Ottawa.
I am new to pilates/working out, does that matter?
Absolutely not. We are happy to modify classes to your ability level and adjust for any injuries, pregnancy or postpartum. Please don't deny yourself the pleasure of an incredible trip because you are new to working out! We are laid back, totally inclusive and know you'll feel amazing after the experience! This retreat is perfect for all levels. Beginners and seasoned Pilates aficionados alike will receive the detailed instruction that catalyzes personal transformations.
I am pregnant/postpartum. Can I do the classes?
Yes we are happy to offer modifications! Many of moves will not need to be modified.
I have food allergies. Can you accommodate?
That's our specialty! We get it, and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy healthy delicious food according to your dietary needs.
What's the typical age of Retreaters?
The bulk of our guests range between 30 - 55, however all are welcome. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Many people come by themselves and leave with amazing new friendships!
Do I have to participate in all the classes/activities?
Heck no! If you prefer to cozy up with a book or lounge by the dock, the choice is yours! Anything goes.

A master trainer & creative educator, Nikki Bergen is one of Canada’s most sought after fitness experts. Nikki’s passion for pelvic health and advocacy, coupled with 20+ years as a Pilates trainer has driven her to create The Belle Method - pelvic health informed Pilates programs for pregnancy, postpartum & beyond. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two young children.
