The Pregnancy Retreat is a sacred and empowering 3-day, 2-night experience at the luxurious Bloom Holistic retreat centre in Eastern Ontario. If cancelled prior to October 1, you receive a refund less $500.00. If cancelled after October 1 there is no refund. The payment is transferable if you find someone to take your place, or someone on the waiting list accepts the spot.
FAQ
Where is the Bloom Holistic Retreat location? How do I get there?
You can drive, or take the train to Kingston station - it's only a 20 minute Uber trip north of Kingston. Drive time is about 2.5-3 hours from Toronto, 2 hours from Ottawa, and 3-4 hours from Montreal
I am new to pilates/working out, does that matter?
Absolutely not. We are happy to modify classes to your ability level and adjust for any injuries, pregnancy or postpartum. Please don't deny yourself the pleasure of an incredible trip because you are new to working out! We are laid back, totally inclusive and know you'll feel amazing after the experience! This retreat is perfect for all levels. Beginners and seasoned Pilates aficionados alike will receive the detailed instruction that catalyzes personal transformations.
I have food allergies. Can you accommodate?
That's our specialty! We get it, and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy healthy delicious food according to your dietary needs.
What's the typical age of Retreaters?
The bulk of our guests range between 30 - 65, however all are welcome. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Many people come by themselves and leave with amazing new friendships!
Do I have to participate in all the classes/activities?
Heck no! If you prefer to cozy up with a book or lounge by the dock, the choice is yours! Anything goes.

NIKKI BERGEN
Lorri Fleming is the Co-Founder, Co-owner and Director of The WOMB- World Of My Baby Inc. The WOMBs are wholeness centers across Ontario that are dedicated to nurturing and nourishing families to flourish through collaborative health and wellness services, educational resources and complimentary products.
Lorri’s professional journey began in hospitality and healthcare, teaching customer service seminars and managing wellness centres. She became a birth and postnatal doula and childbirth and parent educator. Lorri has been coaching pre and postpartum families for almost 30 years.
Lorri is a Certified Journey of Intrinsic Health Coach and is successful at guiding clients to know how to listen innately and discern what’s best for their own journey, in all areas of their lives.
Now semi-retired, Lorri loves spending time with her family, including her new grandchild and she also loves traveling and running her Bed and Breakfast with hubby Scott near Grand Bend, Ontario. thewomb.ca
A master Pilates trainer & creative educator, Nikki Bergen is one of Canada’s most sought after fitness experts. Nikki’s passion for pelvic health and advocacy, coupled with 20+ years as a Pilates trainer has driven her to create The Belle Method - pelvic health informed Pilates programs for pregnancy, postpartum & beyond. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two young children.
