This 3-day immersive Belle Method Training is designed for existing movement teachers to level up their skills and gain a deeper understanding of how to support pregnant and postpartum clients with their core and pelvic floor using proven Pilates techniques.

There are no prerequisites required, but the training is geared to those who are already teachers of movement or body workers (yoga, Pilates, personal training, strength coaching, Barre, group fitness etc).
Gain knowledge to feel more empowered and prepared in supporting women throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
Walk away with confidence knowing how to structure movement classes and training sessions safely at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum.
This training will be held in a “retreat format” for 4 days and 3 nights, in-person at the luxurious lakeside Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre near Kingston, Ontario from Thursday September 25- Sunday September 28, 2025.
Includes all accommodation, food and beverages, and extra activities.

FAQ
Where is the Bloom Holistic Retreat location? How do I get there?
You can drive, or take the train to Kingston station - it's only a 20 minute Uber trip north of Kingston. Drive time is about 2.5-3 hours from Toronto, 2 hours from Ottawa, and 3-4 hours from Montreal
I have food allergies. Can you accommodate?
That's our specialty! We get it, and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy healthy delicious food according to your dietary needs.
Will this certify me to teach Pilates if I’ve never done a Pilates certification before?
No. While you will leave this immersive training with a solid understanding of Pilates principles, cues and techniques, this is not a comprehensive Pilates mat certification. It took Nikki 6 months to get her initial Pilates mat certification, followed by a lengthy apprenticeship of practice teaching hours. 3 days is not nearly enough time to become a properly certified Pilates teacher. This training is meant for existing Pilates, Yoga, or Fitness Trainers who want to build on their knowledge and learn more about how to serve pregnant and postpartum clients with deepened pelvic floor knowledge.
What prerequisites do I need to attend?
None, however while this training is open to everyone, it is geared for existing movement teachers and body workers who want to better serve their pregnant and postpartum clients/students.
I’ve never taught classes or clients before. Can I come just to learn for myself?
Yes you can! Get ready to nerd out on anatomy! You will learn a lot for your own practice.
I am pregnant/postpartum. Can I attend?
Yes absolutely. If you’re nursing, we are also happy to store pumped milk for you (fridge or freezer).
